Return Window
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label when applicable.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated during a promotion.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
